All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is successfully placed.
After your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
2. Shipping Timelines
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Locations: 5–7 business days
Note: Delivery may vary due to unforeseen delays, location restrictions, high-volume seasons (festivals, sales), or courier partner issues.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,499.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
4. Delivery Attempts
The courier partner will attempt delivery at the provided address.
If unavailable, they may contact you to reschedule or reattempt delivery.
After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping address and contact details are complete and correct. Lil Sproutz will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we only deliver within India.
7. Delays & Exceptions
Lil Sproutz is not liable for delays caused by:
Natural calamities, strikes, or lockdowns
Courier partner delays beyond our control
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
